* Hotline-Service: Annahme und Erstbearbeitung von Support-Anfragen (Telefon/Remote)
 * Support-Postfach: Verwaltung und effiziente Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails
 * Anlage von Support-Tickets: Sorgfältige Erfassung und Dokumentation in unserem Ticketing-System
 * Dispatching von Tickets: Priorisierung und Weiterleitung an das passende Support-Level
 * Kontrolle des Ticketsystems: Überwachung des Ticketstatus und Sicherstellung von termingerechten Lösungen
 * Planung der Rufbereitschaft: Mitwirkung bei der Organisation von Bereitschaftsplänen
 * Terminplanung für Wartungen: Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Abteilungen
 * Monitoring und Sicherheit: Überwachung unserer Sophos Central-Lösungen sowie regelmäßige Backup-Kontrolle
