* Supporting and giving guidance to Italian sales team member for reaching & outperforming our mutual goals
 * Data-driven and analytical Sales Controlling including weekly sales management meetings
 * Managing your own sales funnel & your team's sales funnel
 * Understanding and identifying customer growth potential
 * Developing accounts to key accounts with recurring business opportunities & excellent account management
 * Embracing the powerful features of our CRM system and share input for further improvements, * Great team spirit within our comany and our multi-national Berlin sales team including regular company events throughout the year
 * Exciting customer projects in the Circular Economy
 * Structured onboarding process and ongoing trainings
