Faszination GmbH sucht einen engagierten IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Kaiserslautern. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur, um die Sicherheit und Effizienz unserer Systeme zu gewährleisten. Sie arbeiten in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld, das Ihnen die Flexibilität bietet, sowohl im Büro als auch remote zu arbeiten.

 * Verwaltung und Wartung der Netzwerk- und Serversysteme.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Software.
 * Überwachung der Systemleistung und Fehlerbehebung bei technischen Problemen.
 * Implementierung und Verwaltung von Sicherheitsprotokollen und -maßnahmen.
 * Unterstützung der Benutzer bei technischen Anfragen und Schulung der Mitarbeiter in IT-Best Practices.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern zur Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur.
