* Deep experience in NLP, LLMs, embeddings, ML, and AI agents
 * (LoRA, tool calling, structured outputs, evals, retrievers, rerankers, RLHF/DPO, etc.)
 * Proven ability to design and ship production-grade AI systems
 * Experience scaling data & ML pipelines from early users to thousands
 * Full-stack skills (React, Typescript, Python) are a strong plus
 * Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Terraform are a plus

 * Own the architecture of core AI systems
 * Collaborate closely with full-stack and infra engineers
