 * First- und Second-Level-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Endgeräten
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Systeme sowie Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit
