 * Supporting resource planning activities to ensure operational demand is met while monitoring staffing levels, holidays, and absence
 * Recording actions and maintaining documentation from performance reviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and operational investigationsWorking with colleagues across the operation to provide information, organise activities, and support day-to-day site communications
