The incumbent in this position serves as a Distributed Computer Systems Consultant for the Agency and reports to the Distributed Computer Systems Analyst II., The incumbent in this position serves as the Distributed Computer Systems Consultant for the FDVA and is tasked with supporting staff members on-site at the assigned location within the county of the Long-Term Care Facility. Configures and supports endpoints for staff members, printers, FIDO2 keys, and Cloud solutions. Ensures 99.99% uptime. Ensures security patches are applied to all endpoints at the assigned work location. Works with the core networking team to resolve DHCP and DNS issues. Completes inventory requirements for all equipment at the assigned work location.
