## About the Role

Experienced IT Manager or Head of IT

 - Strong business acumen, with the ability to communicate and 'bridge the gap' between business and IT

 - Previous experience in financial services, banking, payments, fintech or closely related sectors

 - Excellent leadership skills to oversee a team of c.20 IT staff, including Helpdesk and DevOps

 - Exceptional client-facing skills, with the ability to position IT as an internal service provider and enabler

## Description

The Head of IT will play a critical role in maturing the IT services for the business, and will report to the CEO and Board.
