* Experience working in a 2nd Line IT Support role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server & Active Directory
 * Experience supporting Cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure
 * Good networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, switching, routing, and firewalls
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
 * A genuine passion for Cloud Infrastructure and Cyber Security
 * MSP experience is highly desirable but not essential
