## About the Role

* Installing, configuring and troubleshooting desktop PCs, printers, scanners, IP phones and mobile devices
 * Getting involved in IT projects across the business
 * Owning helpdesk requests end-to-end and keeping resolution times tight

What you'll need (2+ years' experience)

 * Windows 11
 * Microsoft Intune, Azure and O365
 * Windows Server 2019+
 * Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
 * Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi and VPNs
 * iOS and Android device management
 * VoIP telephony
 * ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus or similar

Nice to have (not essential)

 * HCL Notes/Domino
 * Endpoint security deployment
 * VMware / Hyper-V
 * macOS
 * Linux

## Description

This is a permanent role, mainly site-based across two locations in Greater Manchester (Whitefield and Royton), so you'll need a full driving licence and your own car. Salary is set at £32k but there's flexibility for the right person with stronger experience.
