## About the Role

This is a hands-on senior development role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, improving application performance and working across both mobile and backend technologies., * 6+ years' commercial C#/.NET development.

 * Recent commercial experience building applications with .NET MAUI and/or Xamarin Forms.
 * Strong knowledge of the MVVM design pattern.
 * Commercial experience with XAML.
 * Experience developing custom controls and UI components.
 * Experience using custom renderers and/or handlers.
 * Experience integrating or binding third-party native SDKs into Xamarin or .NET MAUI applications.
 * Excellent debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.

Desirable

 * Native iOS development experience.
 * Native Android development experience.
 * ASP.NET Core or other .NET web technologies.

 * Build high-quality, maintainable and scalable code.
 * Optimise application performance and improve existing components.
 * Work closely with fellow developers to deliver projects within agreed timescales.
 * Contribute ideas and technical improvements across the development lifecycle.
 * Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practice.
