## Description

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational background in software engineering and a keen interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. You will support the implementation, integration, and maintenance of AI-powered tools-such as Microsoft Copilot and other productivity-enhancing services-across our organization., * Assist in the deployment and configuration of AI services and software tools across departments.

 * Support the IT team in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure integration of AI tools.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and optimize AI tool usage.
 * Monitor and document AI tool performance, user feedback, and system logs.
 * Participate in training sessions and create user guides to help staff adopt new technologies.
 * Stay current with emerging trends in AI, cloud services, and enterprise software.
