How many years of directly related experience are required for the job? Can additional experience or education be substituted for all or part of requirement? * High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience * 2+ years of experience with software QA testing, preferably PC MMO or FPS QA testing o Note a mix of ISTQB and other Certifications coupled with relevant experience may be substituted/considered o Console experience is also a plus * Demonstrated knowledge of working with others from cross functional teams ## Description As a QA Tester your duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to; assisting navigating a specialized team for specific content, creating test plans, compiling bugs for reports, or testing specific features independently. Reviewing documentation from Devs and providing feedback as well as knowledge transfer to other teams. Communicating status to PD/Dev teams as well as Management and working with a cross functional team that spans multiple organizations and locations. You will also be responsible for triaging and regressing bugs and helping triage bugs entered by an outsource QA team., The following section contains key work that will be performed. NCSOFT is a dynamic organization, and the environment can be fluid. Roles and responsibilities can often be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and objectives.
