 * Linux/Windows administration
 * Scripting ability (Python/PowerShell)
 * Security remediation experience
 * Financial services production support (Actimize, Oracle, compliance platforms) is a plus

TECHNICAL SKILLS

 * Strong AWS operational experience managing and supporting cloud infrastructure, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DMS, ELB, IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch.
 * Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting to troubleshoot application issues, analyze errors, and modify automation scripts.
 * Proven vulnerability management and patching experience across systems, applications, and Docker containers.
 * Hands-on experience with Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including maintaining Chef cookbooks and automation frameworks.
 * Strong production troubleshooting and observability experience using AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, logs, and dashboards.
 * Experience using GitHub for configuration management, code reviews, and enterprise pull request workflows
