We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Application Support Analyst to join our remote IT team. In this role, you will provide first-line support for business applications, troubleshoot user issues, document incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth system operations. Responsibilities

 * Respond to application support requests through email, chat, and ticketing systems.
 * Investigate and resolve basic application issues.
 * Escalate complex incidents to senior support teams when necessary.
 * Document troubleshooting steps and update support tickets.
 * Assist users with login, account access, and application configuration.
 * Monitor application health and report recurring issues.
