You will directly drive value for our customers by addressing their most challenging technical problems and increasing the capacity and velocity for building solutions with our platform. Our Professional Services team members are billable, and working directly with customers and system integration partners to scale the impact of our products. This is a hands-on role, and includes building Retool applications, integrating our platform into the customers stack, and advising on end-to-end solutions. In addition to working directly with our customers, this role advises our system integration partners on best practices and provides delivery oversight to our highest-visibility engagements. This role will help shape the service offerings that we go to market with and build the operational processes to scale the PS function at Retool.
