 * Communicate with department employees, dispatcher to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations.
 * Answer phones
 * Call customers for additional product needed prior to dispatching orders
 * Maintain assigned files and process information according to established guidelines and procedures.
 * Ability to prioritize workloads to successfully meet deadlines
 * Performs other duties as assigned
