## About the Role

+ Bachelors in MIS, computer science, or other related degree.

 + Masters preferred but not required

 + 10+ years of experience in solution/enterprise architecture.

 + 12+ years of experience in Solution, Business, or Enterprise Architecture

AI & Data Competencies:

 + Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions

 + Familiarity with AI-enabled platform features (CRM-native AI, ERP assistants, analytics/ML platforms)

 + Understanding of data architectures supporting AI solutions

 + Ability to design AI solutions aligned with security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles

 + Proven experience as a senior, business-facing architect in complex enterprise environments

 + Strong experience with enterprise platforms including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds) and SAP or equivalent ERP systems

 + Demonstrated expertise in enterprise integration architectures

 + Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, MedTech) preferred

## Description

The **_Senior Principal Architect_** provides strategic and hands-on architectural leadership across enterprise platforms supporting sales, service, marketing, digital commerce, ERP, and data. This senior role bridges business strategy and technology execution, designing scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions with a strong focus on AI-enabled capabilities and enterprise integrations.

Lead end-to-end solution architecture across CRM, digital commerce, ERP, and data platforms

 + Define and govern enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and best practices

 + Translate business objectives into clear, executable solution designs

 + Architect AI-enabled solutions, including intelligent automation, analytics, and decision support

 + Design and oversee complex integrations using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines

 + Provide architectural guidance for platform modernization and enterprise transformations

 + Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor other architects
