EOS / Traction fluency strongly preferred, or a clearly demonstrable equivalent. * Genuinely hands-on with business systems and automation - can build and configure, not just advise. ERP / Odoo experience is a strong plus. * Good communication skills and strong executive presence on video. These are US client-facing calls. * Backbone. Will push on a resistant team member or owner without backing down. Screen hard for this - deferential candidates fail in this seat. * Fully self-managing in US / CST working hours. Proactive, no hand-holding. Preferred * Construction or trades exposure. * EOS / Traction certification. * AI / automation fluency. Disqualifiers * Advisor who won't execute. * Can't or won't hold people accountable. * Weak written and async communication., * L10 or Entrepreneurial Operating System : 3 years (Required) * construction or trades: 3 years (Required) * AI or automation: 3 years (Required) ## Description Runs the weekly operating cadence for one or more Trampetti construction clients and executes the systems work behind it. This is an execution seat, not advisory - the same person facilitates the weekly leadership meeting and builds the automations. Fractional across multiple accounts. Works US/CST hours on live client video calls., * Facilitate the weekly 90-minute operating session (EOS / L10-style): scorecard review, quarterly-priority ("Rock") check-ins, issues list, and driving issues to resolution. * Own each account's weekly scorecard, 90-day priorities, and issues list. Drive priorities to done, not to discussion. * Hold the client's team - and where needed the owner - accountable to their commitments. This is the core function of the seat. * Coordinate the delivery pod on each account: the AI / automation implementation and the assigned People 360 VAs. * Do hands-on systems work: configure automations, structure the client's project management (ClickUp), implement ERP / Odoo where in scope. * Translate the owner's direction into a concrete 90-day plan and run it. ## Related Videos - [Recruitment Reinvented: Bold strategies and the $10K signing incentive](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1068-recruitment-reinvented-bold-strategies-and-the-10k-signing-incentive) - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [APIs and Architecture for scaling omnichannel payments](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/90-apis-and-architecture-for-scaling-omnichannel-payments) - [Agentic employees in world's most downloaded FinTech app](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100123-agentic-employees-in-world-s-most-downloaded-fintech-app) - [Building Talent Acquisitions Teams](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1496-building-talent-acquisitions-teams) - [Strong decisions - decisive distinctions between digital and analog aspects](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1687-strong-decisions-decisive-distinctions-between-digital-and-analog-aspects) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [Never delegate the understanding](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/749-never-delegate-the-understanding) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [13 AI Tools You Have to Try](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/219-13-ai-tools-you-have-to-try) - [Trustworthy AI Starts at Deployment: 5 Checks Before You Ship](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/753-trustworthy-ai-starts-at-deployment-5-checks-before-you-ship)
