Knowledge & Skills: * Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Customer-service mindset with a willingness to support both infrastructure and end-user needs. * Ability to remain calm and effective when resolving urgent or unexpected technology issues. * Ability to collaborate with IT team members, vendors, and business stakeholders. * Strong sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability. * Clear written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. ## Description The Server Engineer is responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting GrafTech's server infrastructure, including servers located in the corporate data center and remote environments. This role supports the stability, performance, and availability of enterprise systems while also assisting with day-to-day technology support for end users. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working across a variety of technologies, can troubleshoot unexpected issues, and is willing to step in wherever needed to support business operations.
