 * Familiarity with UKG modules like People Assist, Bryte AI, Data Hub, and Analytics.
 * Support for enterprise application initiatives and workforce optimization projects.

## Description

This role involves managing and optimizing UKG Workforce Management systems in a complex healthcare environment, supporting staffing, compliance, and analytics., * Serve as the primary UKG system administrator, configuring pay rules, staffing models, and automation workflows.

 * Support advanced scheduling, clinical extensions, and mobile workforce functions.
 * Translate union agreements into system rules, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 * Lead integrations with HRIS, payroll, ERP, and clinical systems, troubleshooting interfaces and maintaining data integrity.
 * Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership, focusing on labor costs, staffing, and productivity.
 * Support AI and automation tools to enhance workforce engagement and operational efficiency.
 * Manage document workflows, retention policies, and electronic records in compliance with privacy standards.
 * Provide technical support, incident resolution, vendor coordination, and participate in after-hours support.
 * Create documentation, training materials, and identify process improvements for system and workflow enhancements.
