U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees. * Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft Government contracting, Project Billing, Time and Labor functional experience. * Experience in PeopleSoft Project Costing (PC), Project Billing (BI), and Contracts (CA) * Experience in Government Contracting requirements, including Cost accumulation and allocation, Billing plans (rate-based, fixed-price, T&M, and Progress Payments), Revenue recognition * Experience in Time & Labor (T&L) including Time reporting, rules engine, payable time, Integration with Project Costing and Payroll * Understanding of grants/government compliance requirements * Experience in issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues. * Good working knowledge of PeopleTools, SQL and other tools * Experience gathering business requirements, proposing process improvements, stakeholder management, preparing Functional design and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: * Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and support processes * Strong knowledge of business processes across finance domains * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience and desire to work closely with customers. * Participate in the on-call rotation to support production systems, including monitoring jobs, interfaces, and integrations, and ensuring timely response to incidents and outages. * Experience in collaborative, cross-functional team environments, The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
