## Description

* Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems, including algorithm development and large data set manipulation.
 * Test software components, resolve software problem reports, and apply software development methodologies.
 * Provide input to system design, perform requirements analysis, lead multiple software development teams, and ensure quality control of developed software., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems, including processing-intensive analytics and novel algorithm development.
 * Review and test software components for adherence to design requirements, documenting results and resolving problem reports.
 * Utilize appropriate software development and design methodologies.
 * Provide specific input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and COTS/GOTS integration.
 * Perform requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
 * Recommend new technologies and processes for complex software projects.
 * Serve as the technical lead for multiple software development teams.
 * Select software development processes in coordination with the customer and system engineering.
 * Ensure quality control of all developed and modified software.
 * Delegate programming and testing responsibilities to teams and monitor their performance.
