## About the Role

Required

 * 2-5 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent demonstrated track record), with consistent delivery of high-quality production code
 * Strong with TypeScript and Node.js; solid familiarity with React
 * Experience building REST-based services
 * Experience designing relational data models
 * Product-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and comfort owning features end-to-end with limited oversight

Nice to have

 * Postgres experience
 * Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud platforms, and monitoring/observability tools

## Description

* Build and ship product features: deliver across the stack with an emphasis on reliability, usability, and performance
 * Data model and persistence: design and evolve relational schemas; own how features are modeled and stored
 * Back-end development: implement REST APIs using TypeScript and Node.js
 * Front-end development: build responsive, accessible UIs in React
 * Practice sound engineering: write tests (unit/integration), review code, and document decisions
 * Security by default: apply secure coding practices (including authZ-aware APIs and careful handling of sensitive data); stay current on security best practices
 * Monitor and operate in production: add logging, metrics, and alerting for what you ship; debug issues and drive root-cause fixes
 * Collaborate on product direction: contribute to ideation, scoping, and prioritization
