 * Experience building production AI/ML applications.
 * Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership.
 * Comfortable working in hacker-house environments across LATAM when required.
 * Willing to work six days per week.
 * Exceptional academic record, GitHub profile, open-source work or standout technical projects preferred.
 * Only candidates who are permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship will be considered.

## Description

* Build and own AI/ML recommendation and ranking systems.
 * Develop LLM-powered candidate-role matching capabilities.
 * Translate product goals into production-ready solutions. Deliver end-to-end features with ownership and frequent production releases.
 * Architect, build and maintain production-grade data pipelines and backend services.
 * Collaborate closely with founders, product and engineering teams.
