This position is responsible for leading the entire returns processing team, assigning daily work, monitoring productivity, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring all returns are processed according to company procedures. The Team Lead will provide direction, training, and support to employees while also assisting with hands-on returns processing and warehouse responsibilities when needed. The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can hold team members accountable, resolve problems, manage multiple priorities, and ensure daily departmental goals are consistently met.
