## Description

RésuméLe Technicien Support IT Senior est essentiel pour garantir la continuité des opérations IT au sein d'un site stratégique. Ce rôle implique à la fois le support technique et la coordination entre les équipes métiers, IT et partenaires externes, afin de maintenir un niveau élevé de qualité de service.

Responsabilités : Référent IT du site

Comprendre les processus métiers et les applications critiques de production.

Être force de proposition pour améliorer les services IT.

Coordonner les actions avec les équipes d?expertise et les prestataires.

Assurer une communication efficace lors des incidents majeurs.

Produire les indicateurs d?activité et de qualité de service (volumétrie, performance).

Assurer le support informatique de proximité (matériel, logiciel, applicatif).

Accompagner et former les utilisateurs aux outils IT.

Gérer les demandes et incidents jusqu?à leur résolution.

Être l?interlocuteur privilégié des équipes opérationnelles pour tous les sujets IT.

Installer, configurer et maintenir :
Postes de travail (Desktop/Laptop)

Imprimantes bureautiques et industrielles

Terminaux RF / PDA / scanners

Écrans, stations d?accueil et périphériques

Assurer les inventaires, la gestion des stocks et les commandes de matériel.

Participer à la maintenance des infrastructures réseau locales.

Réaliser les opérations de brassage.

Suivre les incidents d?infrastructure avec les équipes concernées.

Intervenir sur les salles informatiques et les baies de brassage.

Participer aux astreintes selon le planning.

Intervenir rapidement lors d?incidents impactant la production.
