Nice to Have * Spanish is a plus. * Experience in telecom / OSS environments. * Knowledge of PM, FM, CM, topology, inventory, NMS, or network data mediation. * Exposure to AI use cases such as anomaly detection, forecasting, RAG, AI-assisted operations, or AI governance. * Experience working in multi-team, multi-platform, or multi-operator environments. * Previous tech-lead, architecture governance, or mentoring experience. Expected Profile The ideal candidate is pragmatic, structured, and able to balance delivery needs with long-term architecture consistency. They should be able to understand business and technical requirements, design robust architectures, challenge weak technical decisions, support standardization, and guide teams without creating unnecessary complexity.
