## About the Role

* Installer un ordinateur / PC (installation Windows en général)

 * Installer des drivers

 * Déceler les pannes (software et hardware)

 * Avoir des connaissances réseaux minimales (TCP/IP etc, routage, wifi etc)

 * Installer une suite logicielle

 * Utilisation du pack office Microsoft

Avoir des notions de Photos

Etre bricoleur (non péjoratif, soudure, électricité)

Langue anglaise appréciée

Depuis 20 ans, nous travaillons principalement en B to B :

Notre structure étant tournée vers l'évènementiel , le côté positif, enthousiaste et motivé du candidat sera très important pour rentrer dans la Team .

Par ailleurs, sa présentation et son élocution seront des atouts supplémentaires.

Nous souhaitons une personne rigoureuse, organisée et autonome, sachant prendre des initiatives .

Nous préférons par ailleurs embaucher une personne géographiquement proche de l'entreprise ( 78540 Vernouillet)., * Avez-vous une première expérience dans le domaine de la photos ou des photobooths ?

 * Etes-vous disponible certains jours pour aller sur des évènements , principalement en Région Parisienne ?

## Description

Gestion de la Hot line , retranscription sur application, déclenchement interventions sur application (si besoin) - Astreinte en Hot Line téléphonique en alternance ( 1 mois / 1 mois )

 - Préparation et paramétrage de matériel informatique photo ( évènementiel et vente) et expédition

 - Formation des clients (évènementiels et vente)

 - Rédaction et Mises à jour de process informatiques et techniques

 - Développement de projets sur mesure pour nos clients ( photos, réseaux, IA...)

 - Logistique ; suivi des stocks , des commandes et des garanties.

 - Expédition des commandes induites clients

-Tenue des stocks et show room ( physique et commande)
