## About the Role

* A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, sales, or a comparable qualification
 * Several years of professional experience in technical sales of complex products or solutions, ideally in the data center environment
 * Experience in the field of heat exchangers or thermal systems is a plus
 * Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of initiative
 * Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard MS Office applications
 * Fluency in spoken and written French and English
 * Willingness to travel within France (approx. 15%)

## Description

* Develop & implement sales plans and KPI's to maximize sales of heat transfer products in Data Center segment for France
 * Responsibilities for direct sales to target accounts in Data Center segment
 * Identify potential new accounts within the assigned customer base and develop strategies to penetrate these accounts
 * Provide leadership in CRM engagements, funnel management and forecasting
 * Identifies competitor strengths, weaknesses, strategies, and tactics
 * Monitors and recommends pricing strategies
 * Use available cost and thermal performance data to recommend a solution that best fits Kelvion's capabilities and customer requirements
 * Directs & prepares price quotations using established guidelines
 * Negotiate T&C with accounts and mediate discussions to an equitable solution
