## Description

Ce poste demande une grande polyvalence et autonomie dans le cadre de vos fonctions :

 * Assurer la gestion des portails de commande en ligne : création et administration des nouvelles sociétés, des catégories de produits et des produits correspondants.
 * Participer à l'assistance aux utilisateurs via les tickets, e-mails et téléphone
 * Fournir un support technique quotidien aux utilisateurs internes, diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes matériels et logiciels
 * Préparer et configurer le matériel informatique pour les nouveaux collaborateurs.
 * Réparer et entretenir les ordinateurs et autres équipements informatiques
 * Participation aux réunions internes pour l'amélioration continue des processus IT.
