## Description

Assurer l'exploitation et le support N2 des infrastructures télécoms et réseaux mobiles, garantir la résolution des incidents, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l'amélioration continue des services.

Activités principales :

 - Diagnostic et résolution des incidents N2, avec escalade vers les constructeurs si nécessaire.
 - Gestion des changements, validation sur maquette et participation aux déploiements.
 - Analyse des données de supervision et des KPI pour identifier les incidents, saturations et axes d'amélioration.
 - Rédaction et mise à jour des procédures techniques et d'exploitation.
 - Contribution aux projets d'industrialisation, d'automatisation et d'amélioration continue.
 - Support aux équipes N1 et collaboration avec les experts et architectes.
 - Participation à la montée en compétences des équipes et au suivi des activités opérationnelles., * Linux.
