## About the Role

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React, Javascript, PostgresSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, AWS, Datadog and Java

 * Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers
 * You have experience using AI code generation tools tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
 * Brings a product mindset: curious about user behavior, driven to improve the user experience, and motivated by business impact
 * Previous experience working on A/B-experimentation teams a plus

## Description

* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer
 * Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement
 * Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization
 * Help shape the team's technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices
 * Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration, This role may include participation in an on-call rotation to support production systems and ensure service reliability. On-call responsibilities may include coverage during nights and weekends. If applicable, frequency and scheduling will be determined by team needs and communicated accordingly.
