 * Erfahrung mit LMS-Systemen

 * Durchführung von Präsenz-, Fern-, Virtual-Classroom- und Blended-Learning-Trainings
 * Vermittlung von Reporting-, Analyse- und Data-Warehouse-Prozessen
 * Erstellung von Web-Based-Trainings (WBT) mit uPerform und/oder TTS
 * Betreuung von SAP-Trainingssystemen sowie Trainingsdaten
 * Unterstützung bei Rollout-, Regenerations- und Deltaausbildungen
 * Durchführung von Tests sowie Fehleranalyse und Fehlerdokumentation
