 * Expertenkenntnisse im Rollout von Produkten in modernen und komplexen Systemlandschaften
 * Fortgeschrittene technische Softwarekenntnisse
 * Fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im gleichzeitigen Handling mehrerer Produkte

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung stabiler Software-Releases
 * Kontinuierliche Modernisierung und Automatisierung der Release-Prozesse
 * Sicherstellung von Transparenz, Qualität und nachvollziehbarer Kommunikation entlang des gesamten Release-Zyklus
 * Koordination von Software-Releases über verschiedene Umgebungen hinweg im Produkt-Team
 * Verantwortung für Release-Pläne sowie Moderation von Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung
 * Entwicklung und Implementierung skalierbarer, CI/CD-orientierter Release-Prozesse
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Abläufen
 * Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Release Notes und weiterer Release-Dokumentation, unterstützt durch GenAI
 * Steuerung der internen und externen Release-Kommunikation passend zur jeweiligen Zielgruppe
