Als Teil unseres professionellen IT-Service-Teams bist du verantwortlich für die Betreuung der technischen Infrastruktur an unseren Kundestandorten - praxisnah, nutzerorientiert und mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität und Stabilität.

Deine Tätigkeiten

 * Onsite-Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden inkl. Walk-In-Support & technischer Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents & Service Requests im Hard- und Softwarebereich
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Re-Imaging von Clientsystemen, Notebooks & mobilen Endgeräten
 * Betreuung von Netzwerk-Basisthemen (VPN, WLAN, Patchkabel)
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen im Ticketsystem (z. B. ServiceNow)
 * Unterstützung bei Arbeitsplatzwechseln, Events & IT-Aktionen vor Ort
 * Abstimmung mit zentralen IT-Teams und Unterstützung bei IT-Rollouts & internen Projekten
