## Description

* Du begleitest unsere Kunden durch alle Phasen eines Projekts von der Konzeption über die Umsetzung bis hin zum erfolgreichen Go-Live
 * Du nimmst Kundenanforderungen detailliert auf, übersetzt sie in passgenaue Lösungskonzepte und verantwortest die Implementierung sowie das Customizing
 * In einem technologisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld bringst du dein Knowhow ein und treibst innovative Themen wie z.B. die Einführung von KI-Agenten aktiv voran
 * Du verantwortest das Projektmanagement unserer Zendesk Projekte - von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
 * Du wirkst mit deinem Engagement an der Weiterentwicklung der Customer Experience unserer Kunden mit
 * Gemeinsam mit cross-funktionalen Teams entwickelst du anspruchsvolle CX- Strategien, die den nachhaltigen Erfolg unserer Kunden unterstützen
