 * Begleite interne Auditprozesse und koordiniere externe Prüfungen
 * Optimiere IT-Serviceprozesse nach ITIL-Prinzipien und manage Incidents professionell
 * Weiterentwickle fachlich ESM-Tools wie Matrix42 und sichere Datenqualität und Prozessabbildungen
 * Unterstütze Projekte zur Einführung neuer Cloud-Apps und Netzinfrastrukturkomponenten
