 * Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung technischer Störungen im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
 * Betreuung der Anwender:innen bei IT-relevanten Fragestellungen im Arbeitsalltag
 * Ausstattung neuer Mitarbeitender mit IT-Equipment sowie Einrichtung und Übergabe von Arbeitsplätzen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Berechtigungen innerhalb der Systemlandschaft
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationen, Anleitungen und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Durchführung von Softwareinstallationen, Systemanpassungen und regelmäßigen Updates
