* Study of computer science, communications engineering or a comparable apprenticeship with practical experience, ideally in an ITK environment.
 * Comprehensive Cisco know-how in IP networks, VPN, IPSec, MPLS, QoS, etc. (Unified Communication Environment)
 * Knowledge of routing, switching and troubleshooting in complex network infrastructures
 * Experience in handling ticket and monitoring systems as well as Linux Server Administration and MS Windows Servers
 * Successful certification of Cisco (CCNP Routing & Switching or CCNP Service Provider)
 * Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, German language skills are nice2have
 * Hands-on mentality, holistic way of thinking, reliability and a high level of service orientation

## Description

* Conception and implementation of network solutions around WAN/VPN, VoIP and Security
 * Evaluation of customer requirements, consulting and preparation of service descriptions and solution designs during the presales phase
 * Competent interface between customers, service providers and partners
 * Support and further development of the security infrastructure (clients, servers, networks)
 * Error analysis and implementation of solutions within the agreed service levels
 * Support in first- and second-level support
 * Creation of performance reports and RFOs (Reason for Outages)
