* 2nd Level Support im Bereich Break&Fix (Hard- & Software)
 * Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, iOS und Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
 * Durchführen von IT-Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten B/F Tickets
 * Support von Endanwendern in der TechBar
 * Bearbeiten von Tickets mit hohem SLA
