## Description

Mit direkter Berichtslinie zur Bereichsleitung Kundenservice verantwortest Du die Lösung von der Konzeption bis in den Betrieb und schlägst die Brücke zwischen Fachbereich und IT. Das beinhaltet im Detail:

 * Du konzipierst die Lösung und treibst die Automatisierung im telefonischen Service voran.
 * Du übersetzt die Anforderungen in klare User Stories für Voice- und Chatbots und verantwortest den Backlog.
 * Du steuerst die Umsetzung Ende zu Ende, von Projektzielen und Budget bis zur Führung eines interdisziplinären, agilen Teams.
 * Du führst Telefonie, CRM und Bots gemeinsam mit der IT zu einer Plattform zusammen und gestaltest ihr Zusammenspiel.
 * Du hast den Markt im Blick, entscheidest über den Einsatz neuer Technologien und verantwortest Qualität und Effizienz im Kundenkanal.
