## Description

* Der Arbeitsalltag ist strukturiert in Wochenblöcke:
 + Woche A: Regionaler Technischer Außendienst - Installation, Konfiguration & Wartung der firmeneigenen Softwareprodukte in medizinischen Einrichtungen
 + Woche B: Telefonischer und schriftlicher 1st & 2nd Level Support remote aus dem Home-Office
 * Durchführung von Ersteinweisungen und Schulungen des medizinischen Fachpersonal vor Ort/Remote
 * Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme
 * Dokumentation von Servicevorgängen im Ticketsystem
 * Mitgestaltung interner Abläufe im technischen Service
