Perform peer code review. · Perform 3rd-level application support. · Assist support analysts with issues they are unable to resolve. · Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in a courteous and timely manner. · Provide after-hours support as needed. · Keep up to date with the latest client-side frameworks, techniques, and technologies. · Other duties as assigned.
