## About the Role

* 6-8 years of experience in the field of User Research and Experience with deep understanding of User Centered Design (UCD), strong analytical abilities and empathy for users.
 * WCAG 2.1 AA / WCAG 2.2 accessibility expertise
 * Conduct user interviews, and contextual inquiries to identify user needs and gather user feedback. Complete detailed user and task analyses based on the research conducted.
 * Collaborate closely with designers, technology teams, and product managers and deliver persuasive and compelling findings to executive stakeholders.
 * In-depth knowledge and experience of various methods such as qualitative in-depth interview, stakeholder interviews, diary studies, quantitative surveys, contextual inquiries and usability testing etc.
 * 4-5 years of experience in user experience, user interface and interaction design
 * Knowledge of user experience best practices and user centered design processes
 * Customer focused with strong communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
 * Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
 * Experienced in working as a team member on large and complex projects. Translate business requirements into intuitive interface solutions.
 * Ability to architect and visually present information via a clean, easy to understand user interface.
 * Bachelor's and or master's degree in design or a relevant field would be preferred, * Experience Research
 * Support High-End Usability Workshops
 * Evangelize User Centered Design Best Practices
 * Effective Collaboration with Internal and External teams
