* Update and improve our Shopify website

 * Find where customers are dropping off
 * Improve AOV through bundles, upsells and merchandising
 * Review analytics and customer behaviour
 * Test ideas and document the learnings
 * Quality-check every page before it goes live
 * Use AI to research, analyse and move faster, * Daily Loom updates
 * WhatsApp for day-to-day communication
 * Weekly website review
 * Fast testing
 * Direct feedback
