* Experience building professional business websites
 * Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development
 * Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, or similar CMS
 * Understanding of SEO best practices and website optimization
 * Experience creating landing pages focused on lead generation
 * Ability to work independently and complete projects on schedule
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, * Experience working with luxury brands, construction, architecture, real estate, or home design companies
 * Experience improving existing websites rather than only building from scratch
 * Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
 * Experience integrating websites with CRM and marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
 * Understanding of UI/UX design and customer journey
