* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 3-5 years of professional software development experience
 * Strong experience with:
 + Java and Spring Boot
 + React or React Native
 + AWS cloud services
 + Git
 * Experience with Agile development methodologies
 * Knowledge of automated testing and software development best practices
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, * Experience with AWS-native development
 * Experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, etc.)
 * Experience in a regulated or enterprise software environment

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud-based services. This role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while following modern development practices. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver with strong Java, React, and AWS experience and a passion for building reliable, maintainable applications., * Design, develop, and maintain Java, React, and AWS applications

 * Build clean, scalable, and maintainable code
 * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
 * Contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Document technical designs and support best practices throughout the development lifecycle
