## About the Role

Implement individualized ABA therapy directly with clients under BCBA supervision. Deliver skill-building programs, collect and document data, and help clients achieve meaningful goals. Collaborate with families and teammates, support session documentation, and actively participate in ongoing training. Caseload and work environment matched to experience and preferences. RBT must have prior experience with handling any challenging behavior., * Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or comparable direct ABA experience.

 * Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
 * Familiarity with ABA data collection, skill teaching, and behavior protocols.
 * Effective communicator with clients, families, and team members.
 * Strong documentation, collaboration, and organizational skills.
 * Understanding of confidentiality and safety practices (HIPAA, ethical guidelines).
 * RBT should have prior experience with handling any challenging behavior.

 * Assist with functional assessment data and implement behavior plans as directed.

 * Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional growth within ABA best practices.
