## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Market Research, Social Sciences, Analytics, or a related field.
 * 3-5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, UX research, CX research, or consumer insights.
 * Strong experience leading end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects.
 * Experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, or similar tools.
 * Proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

 * Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
 * Long-Term Care insurance experience.
 * Customer Experience (CX), User Experience (UX), or usability research expertise.
 * Experience managing research vendors, RFPs, and procurement processes.
 * Additional market research certifications or related training., * Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

 * UX: 5 years (Required)
 * Market research: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Design and conduct qualitative, quantitative, and usability research studies.
 * Develop surveys, questionnaires, interview guides, and discussion guides.
 * Moderate customer interviews, usability sessions, and research activities.
 * Analyze research data and synthesize findings into meaningful insights.
 * Present recommendations and findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
 * Manage research vendors, timelines, and project deliverables.
 * Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Business teams to drive customer-centric decisions.
